Prior to founding Bright Flag, Toni Tovi simultaneously managed four separate FedEx Ground operations. This experience ingrained a deep understanding of what it’s like to run a business in a fast-moving, high-pressure industry.
More importantly, it provided the inspiration for Toni to launch Bright Flag – a full-service recruiting firm built from the ground up to keep pace with the transportation and logistics industry. To succeed would require a team that’s uniquely energetic, committed, and detail-oriented. As the team grew and upheld that culture, Bright Flag became renowned in the transportation and logistics space, resulting in exponential growth.
